Agreement to terms

By accessing or using RankCraft at rankcraft.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What RankCraft provides

RankCraft is a website growth intelligence platform. It analyses your website, identifies growth opportunities, and estimates their potential business impact using data from third-party sources and AI-powered analysis.

RankCraft provides estimates and projections, not guaranteed outcomes. Opportunity values are shown as ranges based on your inputs and available data. Actual results will vary depending on your industry, market conditions, implementation quality, and many other factors beyond our control.

Subscription and billing

RankCraft offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

Credit system

RankCraft uses a credit-based system for certain actions:

• Scan credits are used to run website analyses. Free accounts receive 1 scan credit on signup. Paid plans include unlimited scans.
• Optimisation credits are used to generate AI-powered content and recommendations. Paid plans include a monthly allocation of optimisation credits.
• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused credits on the free tier do not roll over. Monthly optimisation credits on paid plans reset each billing period.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use RankCraft for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Submit websites you do not own or have authorisation to analyse.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform beyond normal use.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to use your account.
• Use automated tools to access the service in a way that places undue load on our infrastructure.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute RankCraft outputs as a standalone service without our written consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimer of warranties

RankCraft is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that opportunity estimates will result in any specific revenue outcome.

All growth opportunity values, confidence scores, and revenue projections are estimates only. They are based on available data, statistical models, and your self-reported business inputs. They are not financial advice and should not be relied upon as guarantees of future performance.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankCraft and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Intellectual property

RankCraft and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RankCraft and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to process your submitted data solely to provide the service.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use of RankCraft after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
